Have you tried Roasted Radishes?
The texture of baked radishes is very similar to a potato.
When you roast radishes, they taste lightly sweet and mellow, with just a hint of their original spice.
They have an irresistible crisp-tender bite, and they’re delicious on their own or with grains, pasta, polenta, and more.

Lay on a baking tray with the cut side down (for crispy!!).
In 15 mins, give a turn and again in about 30 mins.
If they're cooked, the inside is soft and fluffy when pierced with a fork.
Once they're done to your liking, serve immediately or toss with a 1 TBSP each of honey and lemon that you've mixed (trust me, it's the bomb), then serve.

A salad that can hold up in the fridge for a few days is a beautiful thing.
Not only does it make weekday lunches easier (because you can make one big bowl and dig into it until it runs out), but it also makes things like fast meals, side dishes or meals with friends easier too. All of these salads can be made ahead of time and they’ll be ready to go when you need them - and most last for up to 5 days. In fact, in some cases they’ll even be better with a rest in the fridge.
